The alarm control panel is the core of the alarm system. It is used to receive alarm signal sent by the detector and feedback timely. GSM Alarm control panel installation precautions

• The installation location should be empty, so that it can receive the alarm signal sent by each detector more smoothly
• The location of the alarm control panel should be concealed and not easily noticeable.
• The connection to the alarm control panel must be properly connected
• Do not install the alarm control panel next to high-frequency electrical appliances to avoid electromagnetic interference
• The installation of the alarm control panel should be more than 0.5 meters above the ground to avoid interference from the ground shielding
• Pull out the receiving antenna after installation

GSM Alarm control panel failure analysis and processing

1, The GSM alarm control panel can not receive the alarm signal sent by each detector

• Analysis from the environment where the alarm control panel is installed (place, appliances, and whether it is placed underground)
• Whether it is disturbed by electromagnetic waves
• Check whether the alarm control panel antenna is pulled out to prevent the distance between the alarm control panel and each detector is too far away
• Whether the alarm control panel is damaged

2, The GSM alarm control panel’s default phone cannot be dialed or the short message cannot be sent

• Whether the phone/mobile phone number and SMS mobile phone number have been set correctly
• Check GSM network signal
• Check whether the SIM card in the alarm control panel is in good contact
• Check whether the SIM card in the alarm control pane SMS function has been enabled
• Check the SIM card in the alarm control panel is in arrear
• Check the communication frequency used by the SIM card in the alarm control panel is consistent with the alarm control panel (please consult the SIM card provider)
